Business Architecture Foundations & Enablement
Give your team a shared understanding of business architecture and a practical way to apply it.
Choose a focused Team Workshop for shared foundations, or Role Orientation & Onboarding for an individual or cohort entering the role. Each is available independently, with its own written scope and fixed fee.
Shared foundations
Team Workshop
Three hours online · Up to 12 participants · One follow-up within 14 days
For teams that need a common foundation before applying business architecture together.
Learn and practice together
We introduce core concepts, clarify the business architect’s contribution and practice applying the ideas to one agreed scenario. Explore how capabilities, stakeholder value, strategy and execution connect, and how business architecture works alongside related disciplines.
Before the session, we agree the audience, learning goals, scenario and delivery dates. The written scope confirms the duration of the follow-up discussion.
What you receive
- Session materials and a guided practice worksheet
- A concise summary of application opportunities and next actions
- One follow-up discussion within 14 days to address questions from applying the learning
Scope and fixed fee
The fixed fee is agreed in writing before delivery. Larger groups, in-person delivery and additional sessions are scoped separately.
This introductory workshop does not include a complete enterprise architecture, certification preparation, implementation work or individual role onboarding. Practice outputs are learning artifacts.

Role Orientation & Onboarding
For individuals or defined cohorts entering a business architecture role or adapting to new responsibilities.
A practical start in the role
Clarify role expectations, stakeholder relationships and learning priorities, then agree a practical plan for applying business architecture in your organizational context.
Participant count, sessions, support period, document-review limits, feedback rounds, deliverables and fee are agreed before work begins.
Outputs selected for your scope
- Role orientation brief and collaboration plan
- Learning priorities and practical ramp-up plan
- An application assignment with feedback, when included in the written scope
Only the deliverables selected in your written scope are included.
Independently available, separately priced
Role Orientation & Onboarding has its own fixed fee, scope and dates. It is not included in the Team Workshop. Either engagement can be purchased independently.
Your organization retains responsibility for HR onboarding, internal access, supervision and performance evaluation.
